廣為“微笑童行”活動：廣為有很多來自邊遠貧困地區的一線員工，他們的孩子與父母長期分隔兩地，每年相聚的時間匆匆，甚至從來沒有來過上海與父母團聚，為表達對這些員工留守子女的關愛，給孩子們創造一個開闊視野、增長知識的機會，培養孩子們積極樂觀的心態，從去年開始，廣為組織“微笑童行”活動，用整整5天的上海之旅，為孩子們送去精彩的主題教育活動，讓他們感受到社會的關愛，在溫暖的氛圍中健康成長。
